Position: Account Manager (ERP/CRM Solutions Sales) (no opening currently)
 

Job Summary

 The successful candidate is expected to close new deals for Sage 300 ERP and CRM, as well as other vertical industry specific solutions, Project & Job Costing, Service Management, Manufacturing, etc. Proven sales experience and account management ability are mandatory.

Abilities and Qualifications Required
  • University degree holder with previous knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Systems Integration with a go-getter attitude
  • Prior experience in selling IT Infrastructure Services and Solutions, preferably in the Banking and Financial industry
  • Project Management Experience
  • Building credibility and gain market share
  • Should be willing to work on target based salary
  • Should own a UAE Driving License & Car

Primary Responsibilities
  • Customer focus, customer satisfaction and catering to customer needs.
  • Researching the market for potential customers and update the activities in CRM.
  • Responsible for working with customers to identify their needs and to work out how the company can best meet those requirements.
  • Following up customer delivery schedules.
  • Visiting existing customers and looking after their needs, including AMC.
  • Upselling products and solutions to existing.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with all the departments.
  • Engaging in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation and innovative development of opportunities.
  • Identifying prospective opportunities, potential new clients, business opportunities and persuade new customers to do business with the company.
  • Delivering proactive account management to a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Mandatory compliance with company sales terms and conditions.
  • Reaching goals and sales targets set in Business Plans by engaging in push activities.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast reports.

Position: ERP/CRM Consultant

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be involved in all Sage 300 ERP/ Sage CRM related activities of the company, from pre-sales demos, to analyzing customer's requirements, installation, implementation, end-user training and support. Additional responsibilities include implementation project management, preparation of marketing materials, conducting on-line demos, training sessions, providing remote support and writing custom reports. This individual may also get involved in company's software development activities, including, but not limited to, requirements analysis, application design, documentation, testing, training, and implementation.

Abilities and Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Accounts, Business Management, or a related discipline
  • Over 2 years' experience as an ERP consultant for Sage 300 ERP, or SAP, or MS GP
  • Must understand business transaction flows, processes and concepts as they relate to ERP implementations
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Expert in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project
  • Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Must have initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Willing to travel and to be available to attend emergencies during non-working hours
  • High GPA is an advantage
  • Experience with databases is an advantage

Position: Systems Engineer (no opening currently)
 

Job Summary

 The successful candidate will be involved in coordinating system development tasks including design, integration, formal testing, oversee all transitions, develop and complete actions in system specifications, technical, logistical requirements and also create, maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution by managing and documenting system configurations.

Abilities and Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from a very reputed university with an excellent academic record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must be able to communicate very fluently without any grammatical mistakes.
  • Must have MCSE and CCNA certification and experience in system test, system integration and system verification.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team utilizing systems integration experience.
  • Minimum 4-7 years' of work experience in similar field is a must.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Must always focus on customer satisfaction and support.
  • Administration of all support related operations.
  • Provision of Design, installation, implementation, upgrading, troubleshooting, repair and support of all the hardware, software systems and solutions supplied by the company to customers, as well as used-in-house.

  • Organizing site surveys, and meetings with concerned people at customer sites.
  • Holding meetings with Account Manager's and Purchasing officers to clarify outstanding issues.
  • Working out preplanning forms, clearly indicating the scope of works prior to giving other technical details.
