Products
SYSTRONICS products are packaged and sold similar to Sage 300 core modules. We update our products on regular intervals to maintain compatibility with Sage 300 versions, in addition to introducing enhanced functionality.
SYSTRONICS offers Subscription Licensing and Perpetual Licensing models:
- An annual Subscription License entitles the End User to use any shipping version of a product, during the validity period, in addition to eligibility to receive updates, upgrades and unlimited offsite technical support services direct from the SYSTRONICS Support Team. In order to continue using a product after the subscription expiry date, subscriptions must be renewed before expiry, failing which, a product stops working. Implementation and post-sale services offered by SYSTRONICS, if required, are chargeable.
- A Perpetual License is available at a fixed license fee. Updates, upgrades and unlimited offsite technical support services direct from the SYSTRONICS Support Team are available under a valid Software Assurance Plan only, which is mandatory for the first year and accumulates over lapsed years. Annual Software Assurance is charged at 20% of the current product SRP. Implementation and post-sale services offered by SYSTRONICS, if required, are chargeable.
