Job Summary
The successful candidate will be involved in all Sage 300 ERP/ Sage CRM related activities of the company, from pre-sales demos, to analyzing customer's requirements, installation, implementation, end-user training and support. Additional responsibilities include implementation project management, preparation of marketing materials, conducting on-line demos, training sessions, providing remote support and writing custom reports. This individual may also get involved in company's software development activities, including, but not limited to, requirements analysis, application design, documentation, testing, training, and implementation.
Abilities and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Accounts, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Over 2 years' experience as an ERP consultant for Sage 300 ERP, or SAP, or MS GP
- Must understand business transaction flows, processes and concepts as they relate to ERP implementations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Expert in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project
- Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Must have initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Willing to travel and to be available to attend emergencies during non-working hours
- High GPA is an advantage
- Experience with databases is an advantage
- Excellent project management, time management skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Focus on customer support and satisfaction
- Mandatory maintenance of CRM, Calendar and Tasks List on a daily basis
- Perform the following duties related to the deployment of solutions:
- Customer presentations
- Needs Analysis
- Preparation of Compliance Reports
- Installations
- Customer training
- Implementation assistance
- Customer support
- Conduct system audit
- Keeping up-to-date with the worlds of IT, ERP & CRM, following lip with innovations and undergoing continuous training.
- Maintaining a liaison with manufacturers' technical support organizations and obtaining the necessary support.
- Acquiring the necessary knowhow for the use of technical "Knowledge Bases" made available by the company from various manufacturers.
- Research and Development on new products and technologies introduced by the company and preparation of running demos, as well as management reports on results achieved.
- Organizing, documenting, storing and tracking of:
- Technical materials
- Development materials
- Related customer databases
- Visiting customers with Account Managers
- Providing customers with the necessary product information
- Assist Account Managers with the preparation of proposals
- Participating in events:
- Seminars
- Road Shows
- Mailers
- News Letters
- Website development
- Training subordinates
- Analyzing and proposing improvements to company's products, policies, processes and procedures
- Analyzing and developing LOB applications
- Analyzing customer requirements
- Preparing scope of work for applications
