Dubai – June 19, 2005: SYSTRONICS, a Sage Accpac Development Partner, announced today its participation in TPAC 2005, the Third Party Advantage Conference, which is to be held in Vancouver, Canada, between the 28th and 30th of August, 2005.
At TPAC 2005, which is SYSTRONICS’ second participation in this North American annual event, in addition to showcasing an extensive suite of Sage Accpac Add-Ons, SYSTRONICS will be launching a long-awaited financial utility, AR-AP Settlements.
“AR-AP Settlements is a financial utility, which has been in demand for almost 10 years now”, said Zareh Tutunjian, CEO of SYSTRONICS. “While it’s a relatively small Add-On module, it can play an important role in strategic sales situations, especially in specific industry segments”, added Tutunjian.
As the release of new products on key marketing events has become customary to SYSTRONICS, TPAC 2005 will be utilized as a launching pad for AR-AP Settlements. This is expected to be specially rewarding, since TPAC brings together the largest players in North America.
“We have been asked by many Sage Accpac Business Partners from different regions about an Add-On to help customers settle A/R & A/P contra accounts in an easy way”, added Tutunjian. “We gave this request from Business Partners a serious thought and came up with specifications for AR-AP Settlements. It looks good and we expect this to be a very helpful utility, offering great ease of use in what it’s meant to achieve”, continued Tutunjian.
Setup options in AR-AP Settlements automate the offsetting process to an extent that this batch-based, single transaction, posts all relevant AR, A/P and G/L transactions in the background, without user intervention.
“We intend to release more such utilities, which add great value to Sage Accpac ERP, by automating processes that are already available in it”, concluded Tutunjian.
